Our Solution

Supply and Demand Approach
Each village has unmet needs for products and services, as well as opportunities that may not be easy to recognize. Through a cross-sector participatory approach we assess needs comprehensively, identifying the products, services, and expertise required. This approach not only attracts new businesses and professionals to the area but also creates solutions that benefit both local enterprises and the community.

Structured Repopulation Process
By identifying and listing opportunities, we provide a structured process and tailored tools to connect individuals seeking to relocate to villages with the skills required to meet local community needs, aligning supply and demand. Through this approach, entrepreneurial families are linked to these needs in a sustainable resettlement process that includes information sessions, visits, business training, and support for integration and housing access. This ensures that the efforts of both individuals and communities lead to mutually beneficial outcomes, effectively bridging the gap between urban and rural economies.

A 'Welcome Desk'
Our partnership grants access to the ES VICIS digital monitoring system, enabling communities to identify and address local needs efficiently. It highlights desired services, such as a bakery, or skills needed by regional businesses. The tool provides real-time visibility of job openings, tracks successful integrations, and offers an overview of available properties to ease transitions. Serving as a digital “Welcome Desk,” it aids project leaders in evaluating the commitment of newcomers, entrepreneurs, and local residents, while tracking the integration process to promote social cohesion, economic growth, and a welcoming community culture.

“Welcome to My Village”
To revitalize communities and attract urban families, we implement “Welcome to My Village,” a three-pillar program designed to foster sustainable growth and social cohesion. By addressing housing, employment, and integration needs, the program increases the area’s appeal and lays the foundation for sustainable growth and a welcoming environment. Local leaders drive this effort, ensuring a welcoming and prosperous future.

The Three-Pillar Model
While job creation is essential to attract people, the needs for housing, integration, and a warm welcome is often not fully addressed. The ES VICIS model rests on three pillars: Welcome, Business, and Home. We involve the community in processes that lay the foundation for projects integrating all these key pillars.

Pillar 1: Welcome
Through this pillar, we ensure that revitalization begins with community cohesion. Structured welcoming processes are established to provide support for newcomers, fostering their integration and creating a unified, inclusive community.

Pillar 2: Business
This pillar emphasizes leveraging the region’s untapped economic potential. By identifying business opportunities, providing training to locals, and recruiting skilled newcomers, it bridges gaps in regional needs while boosting entrepreneurship and employment.

Pillar 3: Home
Recognizing that revitalization extends beyond housing, this pillar addresses the broader habitat. By uniting stakeholders, it ensures rural areas are equipped with essential infrastructure such as roads, schools, healthcare, and connectivity to create a thriving, family-friendly community.
