On Tuesday July 25th, the first disbursement for the construction of the 20 houses under the Welcome to my Village Program, the ES VICIS Foundation’s first pilot project in Argentina, was organized. The funds were made available by the Government and the Housing and Urban Development Secretary of the province of Santa Fe that are supporting the program within the cooperation model put forward by the Foundation.
